Husqvarna TE 310, 2011

  • Husqvarna TE 310, 2011

The new TE310 boasts the lightest engine in the 250 cc 4-stroke category (22 kg), boosted to 302.44 cc, thanks to an increase in bore and stroke, now 82 X 57.3 mm.

The throttle body is the same as that on the TC250 - a Mikuni 45 mm diameter. The exhaust system is specially designed for the 310 model and as in the other models has a new heat protection on the silencer.

The bike is much lighter than the previous version (- 6 kg) and comes with significantly higher torque and power.

Otherwise the bike has the same features as the TE250, with the new reinforced chassis, new Grimeca hubs, Kayaba 48 mm front forks and Sachs shock absorber with new settings, 8.5 litre fuel tank, new handguards and new bodywork graphics.

Husqvarna TE630, 2011

  • Husqvarna TE630, 2011

The Husqvarna TE 630 is a new addition to the Dual Purpose Husqvarna range and is launched into a particularly interesting segment of the motorcycle market; 600 cc single-cylinder four-stroke on/off-road bikes.

Based on the new SM 630, the Husqvarna TE 630 benefits from having many parts in common with the smaller capacity racing four stroke Enduro Husqvarna models. The new machine sits in the range alongside the proven WRE 125 and these two bikes are the only models by themanufacturer who has won the title of off-road champion 78 times, to sit neatly in the dualpurpose sector: bikes that will take you anywhere.

With the new TE 630, Husqvarna intends to broaden the appeal of the range to include those less competition-minded riders who use their bikes every day and need more comfort and practicality but want to combine this with the thrill of owning a race bike.

Combining the look and character of a racing bike with performance perfect for daily use on or off-road, the new TE 630 is perfect for those riders who want a bike with muscle but also class. It is without any doubt the best example of how a racing off-roader can be transformed into a roadgoing machine.

The new Husqvarna TE happily took up the challenge of racing and in the last Italian Championship Motorally and Marathon Raid it just won in the "Marathon" category for production bikes, the category Husqvarna dominated also in 2009.

The superlative engine is highly tractable even at low to medium revs thanks to its 600 cc capacity achieved by increasing the bore from 98 mm to 100 mm. The DOHC head with a red painted rocker cover like those on our racing bikes is inherited from the Husqvarna competition 450/510 engine and this permits a 20% increase in power over the earlier 576 cc version.

The TE 630 has an electronic fuel injection system developed in collaboration with Mikuni. The engine features a 45 mm throttle body with the fast idle control on the handlebars and there is now a 300 Kpa Mitsubishi "twin jet" fuel injector fitted to the throttle. The pressure regulator (3 Bar) regulates any return of excess fuel to the tank and the MAQS (Modularised Air Quantity Sensor) consists of air temperature, mapping and TPS (Throttle Position) sensors.

The Kokusan 360W three-phase ignition flywheel is also new.

The water temperature sensor is on the cylinder head: the injection system unit processes the signal from the sensor and controls the operation of the cooling fan on the right water radiator according to engine temperature. The bike has a completely new cooling system with a new impeller and water pump body.

The clutch is now controlled hydraulically and the left engine case has been redesigned. New components include a petrol tank with a 40l/h pump and a capacity of 12 l; the non-returnfuel circuit has quick-fit connections for ease of removal.

The exhaust system on the four-stroke single cylinder engine has a "closed loop" lambda probe and twin aluminium exhaust silencers. The catalyser has been redesigned and optimised to easily meet Euro 3 requirements. The silencers, which also play an important role aesthetically, giving the bike an aggressive look, are covered with stainless steel guards in the catalyser and passenger foot peg area.

The suspension system consists of 45mm Marzocchi forks with rebound damping adjustmentmated with a Sachs rear shock absorber.

The 2011 version of the TE 630 will have Magura tapered handlebars with new steering headclamps and no cross bar.
The new TE630 gives big trail bike lovers the bike they have been waiting for! Twin cam 4 valve engine in a highly competent off road chassis delivers real off road ability whilst the new seat and large fuel tank make road work enjoyable too

Vespa GTS Touring 300, 2012

  • Vespa GTS Touring 300, 2012

The TOURING SPECIAL EDITION
Style and comfort in timeless lines: the Vespa Touring versions are inspired by the legend of touring on a Vespa.

The 2012 GTS 300 Touring Special Edition, available for the mighty Vespa GTS draws inspiration from the thousands of specially equipped Vespas for touring that have taken entire generations on road trips all over the world. This is a range dedicated to the love for touring, with a proper mix between unmistakeable Vespa style and the practicality of a vehicle which can leave the city limits behind and set out on medium range touring.

Vespa GTS Touring 300, in the elegant "Marrone Terra di Toscana" colouring, presents itself as the Vespa for medium range touring thanks to its state of the art single cylinder 300 cc electronic injection engine which is characterised by a power of 22 HP and its high level of torque (22.3 Nm) reached at low rpms. On the road, these numbers translate into great flexibility and low speed pick-up that are always able to guarantee silky smooth and easy riding.

The GTS Touring's single cylinder engine is extremely environmentally friendly, fully complying with the strictest emissions regulations thanks to the catalytic converter system and the advanced SAS secondary air system in addition to the state of the art global design.

The finishings of the Touring Special Edition are designed to enhance the Vespa line: the standard chrome finish luggage racks on the front and back ends, increase the load capacity of the vehicle quite considerably; the rounded transparent headlight fairing embraces the Vespa's eye with a touch of style and increased protection for the rider. The new saddle with new design thermobonding complements the vehicle thanks to colour-coding with the body colour.

A design element which further enhances the refined style of this Vespa is the colouring of the side plastic panels which embrace the lower part of the vehicle, colour-coded with the bodyshell in Marrone Terra di Toscana.
The powerful GTS 300 has now been given the “Touring” treatment to create a model which is perfect for mid-to-long range travel and finished in “Marrone terra di Toscana” a stunningly rich metallic brown.  The fitment of the chrome front and rear luggage racks give the GTS enhanced luggage carrying capacity and the fly screen gives added protection and improved looks.

POWERFUL, SPORTY, AND OH-SO STYLISH.
The Vespa GTS 300 is an uncompromising fusion of breathtaking performance, technical superiority and classic Vespa design. The GTS 300 has 12” alloy wheels, front & rear disc brakes and a liquid cooled engine with electronic fuel injection.

Model Highlights
The "Touring" badge proudly flaunted on the shield back plate alongside the glove box identifies the new Special Edition and accentuates the sophistication and elegance of the Vespa GTS.

  •  Vespa GTS 125 Super Sport, 2012

SPORT SPECIAL EDITION
The Vespa GTS 125 SuperSport is a blend of distinctiveness and character, as well as sportiness and performance. The 300 electronic injection engine brings out maximum aggressiveness, whether in the city or on country roads. The dedicated graphics and the sport saddle with white piping and thermobonding complete the sporty look of the Vespa GTS SuperSport.

The shield, the steel essence of the Vespa, is distinguished by a "score" of personality: the right hand side now sports a large grille with horizontal slots - a clear reference to the most stylish Vespas of the past - which gives a marked sporty touch to the side view of the vehicle.

The Sport Special Edition of the Vespa embodies the values of style, comfort, safety and sportiness of the most widely spread scooter in the world while citing legendary models such as the 1955 Vespa GS 150, the 1965 180 SS and the T5 "Pole Position" from 1985.

Even sportier and more aggressive today, the Vespa GTS SuperSport and Vespa S Sport are objects of pure desire.
Since its earliest days, there have always been sports versions of the Vespa, which were frequently used in both circuit racing and in major off-road competitions. The Sport versions of the Vespa GTS Super and Vespa S offer a modern interpretation of this extraordinary competition heritage, which has written unforgettable chapters in Vespa history.

his stylish and aggressive GTS Supersport is introduced for 2012 in a new, imposing matt black “Abyss Nero” finish. Available for the first time the 125cc liquid cooled engine.  The Supersport edition takes all the style, handling and performance attributes of the GTS Super model whilst bringing extra touches of distinction and character to this top selling model.

Model Highlights
The Vespa Sport special edition is recognisable at first glance by a few distinctive and common characteristics such as the Vespa badge and the "S" on the front shield of the GTS Super.

The burnished "Sport" plates on the S Sport and "Super Sport" on the GTS Super leg shield back plates, make this special edition stand out even more.

The suspension gains a distinctive racing red finish for the front spring, a motorsports detail that makes the front view of the Vespa GTS Super and Vespa S even more aggressive. An aggressive front cowl emphasises the sporty character of the Sport edition Vespas.
