Immobilizer ignition system is designed to reduce the possibility of "ride away" theft. This system must recognize the "coded ignition key" in order for the unit to start. If the immobilizer ignition does not recognize the key (or a thief's screwdriver or other type of "jimmy tool") the bike will not start even if the ignition is turned or forced into the on position. If the system does not recognize the coded chip in the ignition key, it will not allow the ignition system, fuel pump or starter motor to function.

Husqvarna TE630, 2012

Husqvarna TE630, 2012

The Husqvarna racing spirit has no boundaries. The TE 630 is unstoppable in off-road conditions yet comfortable and easy handling on the road. The new 630 engine delivers significantly higher power and torque for usable power on demand.

Two souls, one DNA.
The Husqvarna TE 630 is a new addition to the Dual Purpose Husqvarna range and is launched into a particularly interesting segment of the motorcycle market; 600 cc single-cylinder fourstroke on/off-road bikes.

The Husqvarna TE 630 benefits from having many parts in common with the smaller capacity racing four stroke Enduro Husqvarna models.
With the new TE 630, Husqvarna intends to broaden the appeal of the range to include those less competition-minded riders who use their bikes every day and need more comfort and practicality but want to combine this with the thrill of owning a race bike.

Combining the look and character of a racing bike with performance perfect for daily use on or off-road, the new TE 630 is perfect for those riders who want a bike with muscle but also class. It is without any doubt the best example of how a racing off-roader can be transformed into a road-going machine.
